Casa Rural los Papeles

The house is located in the local territory of Molina de Segura (province of Murcia), in a spot called “La Hoya”, 1 km from the town of Fenazar, where you can find supermarkets, health centre, pharmacy, bakery, local police, etc,

The house is more than 100 hundred years old and it has been rehabilitated.  It can hold up to 8 people.  There are five bedrooms, three of which have a cave-room style, lounge dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms.  The house is constructed in a way that keeps a constant mild temperature throughout the year.  Next to it there is another construction with a barbecue; in front and at one of the sides of the house there are two wide zones, very suitable to carry out any leisure activity.  Finally, there is a large new swimming pool.

The place is close to the road that goes from Fenazar to Fortuna, you can easily get there by car.  The entrance point is wide and there is a large parking, so you will not have any problem with the car.

For your security there is a fence surrounding the property.

In the nearby towns there are modern facilities so you can find anything you need.  You can also visit the SPA resorts of Archena and Fortuna, both of them located roughly 10 minutes from the house (by car).
